The following describes the different event styles and some menu suggestions. These menus may certainly be customized to suit your event.


Hors d'oeuvre Cocktail Party
Butlered hors d'ouevres are circulated throughout the room to your guests on silved trays lined with a white linen doily. Hors d'ouevre stations are attractively set with brocade skirting, decorative overlays, woven baskets and silver serving pieces. Seating is accommodated for two-thirds of the guests. Tables are not set. China plates, flatware in sliver baskets and linen napkins are provided at hors d'ouevre stations. All food is designed for easy consumption, while guests mingle. Coffee is served stationary.

Hors d'oeuvre & Seated Buffet
Butlered hors d'ouevres are circulated throughout the room to your guests on silved trays lined with a white linen doily. Hors d'ouevre stations and buffets are attractively set with brocade skirting, decorative overlays, woven baskets and silver serving pieces. Seating is provided for all guests. Tables may be set french-country style with water goblets and flatware rolled into linen napkins or fully-set including water goblets, irish prism coffee glasses, flatware, bread & butter plates, salt & pepper, cream & sugar. When guests are directed to the buffet, napkins are refolded. Staff is stationed at the buffet to carry ladies' plates back to their table for them. Chairs are pulled for the ladies. Tables are fully set with full leaded crystal water goblets, irish prism coffee glasses, dinner fork & knife, teaspoon & salad fork, bread & butter plate, salt & pepper, cream & sugar, and linen napkins.
